We accept the payment methods enabled by Shopify. By making a purchase, you guarantee that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The information provided is correct.

Orders with suspicious or fraudulent payments may be cancelled automatically.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processes
  • Shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the shipping address can no longer be changed. Lost or undelivered packages are handled as described in our Return Policy.

7. PRODUCT USE & LOCAL LAWS

Gestly products are designed for entertainment and novelty purposes. By purchasing and using them, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for making sure the use of lighted displays on vehicle windows complies with the traffic laws and regulations in your city, state or country.
  • You will not operate the remote control or the product in any way that distracts you from driving safely.
  • You will install the product in a position that does not block your view or interfere with the safe operation of your vehicle.

Gestly is not responsible for fines, penalties, accidents or disputes resulting from the use or misuse of the product.

8. PROHIBITED USES

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Attempt to breach the security of the site or of Shopify.
